- Hurricane Katrina Rebuilding Project – Acquired flood damaged properties, and managed a team of contractors, carpenters and craftsmen to return 14 families to their homes.
- Independent Investor – owns, in partnership, a combination of single-family, multi-dwelling residential and commercial properties totaling nearly 350 units.
Mr. Earls is responsible for the development of the foundation’s education and mentoring projects. He also oversees all special event programming.
